Wellness Refresh Challenge
Although it is a Calendar new year, seasonally we are still in Winter and our new year is not until Spring. This does not mean we can't get creative and start forming new patterns we want to take into the new year. Easing ourselves into a calmer healthy way of living creating routines that will stick so we feel healthy and restored. I will recommend a new video everyday and you'll have access to all videos from day 1 so you can do as little or as much as you choose.
