6 short videos spread over 6 days to stretch, tone and relax you. Find different movements, breath work and meditations to connect you back to you. Feel more relaxed, stronger and at ease in your body, mind and soul. On day zoom we will meet live to complete our challenge and combine all practices.

20 min Relieve & Support Whole Back
By stretching out your whole back you are ensuring that lower back pain is not being caused but upper back alignment and vice versa. We then strengthen the back and surrounding areas to support it.

8 min Breath work Calming Nervous System Extended Exhale
Use the breath to active your parasympathetic nervous system and feel calm. Extending your out breath to ease into a state of relaxation.

30 min Release & Strengthen Rotation
Stretch & relax muscles so you can twist freely again and build support for your everyday life.

9 min Meditation Restful Sleep
Using a short breathwork sequence we will start to relax the body and mind taking us into a more restful state to be able to listen to the affirmations ready for sleep.

10 min Energising Glutes
Targeting your bottom and back of legs to strengthen and support you. Just 10 minute high energy workout.

45 min Relax & Restore Pilates Breath Meditation Blend
A blend of several practice to both challenge and relax the body and mind. Leave feeling stretched, toned, calm and ready for the day ahead.

Notice how you feel before and afterwards. This type of meditation can really help to slowly change your perspective and make your day flow with ease.
